About Us
Emerald Empower Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization committed to empowering students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds through education. We believe that every child deserves access to quality learning resources, regardless of their financial situation Our foundation focuses on providing study materials, stationery items, scholarships, and academic support to students who demonstrate potential but lack the means to continue their education. We raise funds through membership fees and donations, ensuring that contributions directly support students’ educational needs.
The organization is guided by a Board of Trustees and supported by a dedicated team of volunteers who work collaboratively to plan, manage, and implement educational initiatives. Our projects include scholarship programs, distribution of learning materials, tutoring assistance, and mentorship opportunities. By investing in education, we aim to break the cycle of poverty and create long-term positive change for students, their families, and their communities—especially in rural and underserved areas of Sri Lanka.
